I found this European series that appears to use cars exactly like CASCAR/NCATS. http://www.teamfj.com/

I've only been there one time so i'm not sure but, isn't that Delaware Speedway in the photo? I don't understand why a European series would have a photo at Delaware.

I believe the series started last year and they contract McColl Racing to build all there cars.  Its kinda part Late Model, Parts NCATS, and a crate engine I believe.  I believe they shook a few cars down at Delaware.

Sure looks like Delaware to me. The billboards have been photoshopped though and the Goodyear blacked out on the tires.

Wernham is right, they contracted McColl to build the cars I think 11 of em last winter and shipped em in containers over to Europe. They did shake them down at Delaware, when I was at McColl spring 2009 Mike and all the employees were very excited and proud of the cars they built.
