Pro Challenge 50 Lapper moved to Sauble Speedway.
« on: August 07, 2008, 12:37:26 PM »
On Saturday August 23rd Sauble Speedway is hosting a 50 lap feature for the Ontario Pro Challenge Series. This will be a thrillride for the 15 committed drivers complete with timetrials for the feature starting positions. These cars are fast and it will be interesting to see what the accurate infrared timing device displays compared to some of the other series that run that track. I can pretty much guarantee that the fans will get more show than they do with our standard 20 lap feature. It's a whole different ballgame. The beginning of the season's 4th quarter brings out the real competitiveness in these drivers in a close points race and I know first hand that this is where the fans really get their money's worth. So maybe think about enjoying a day at the beach and an exciting evening at the track. Anyone buying a pitpass is welcome to come over and check these cars out first hand with us.(#21 Danielle Wilson)
Maybe jump in the driver's seat for some photo opps. Our experience racing 7 years at Sauble before joining the travelling Pro Challenge Series makes this our preferred track to race and we are thriving to excell on the 23rd.
Hope to see you at "The Beach"

I am Owner/Crewchief for the only female to race this series.
#21 Danielle Wilson. Danielle spent 7 years at Sauble Speedway racing Jr.Late Models before joining Ontario Pro Challenge.
Do drop by and say hello and maybe sit in the racecar and get a real feel for the dynamics of this scaled down NASCAR.
Actually, I can honestly say that there is not one team that would not welcome any fans that are interested enough to get closer.
If you do not have a pit pass you can come thru the pits right after the last feature and meet every driver should you like. The weather forecast is looking great and it should be a night of racing to remember. Danielle also raced with local Late Model Driver
Andy Kamrath! We have one other ex-Sauble Jr. Late Model driver in our series as well. Kyle Batty. (rookie year)
So three Sauble bread Drivers in one evening. Danielle, Kyle and Andy.
Hope you can all make it out to "The Beach"
