Wake up!  Everybody are sleeping on this site.

Who has some news and comments about the inspections and practices at Cayuga this weekend.

I know that Andrew ranger was there for his first practice.

Following the inspections, some team have to rebuilt their entire body, and a lot of corrections for others on the body.

Who was fast?

How was Derek Linch?

How was the young girl who is coming from road race?

I beleive that Derek Linch will be a big contender for the championship this year.

chassisdynamic  try reading some of the posts under NCATS CAYUGA TEST DAY PICTURES, MAY 1TH, 2007 you may see some info that you are looking for.

I know the title has a typo in it the poster should have it reading May 11th for some reason I can not fix it.

I will be the first to sat that the new NASCAR Tech lane looks like a tuff one, with no freebees.
Either your NASCAR legal or your not. If your not - fix it quick or load up and go home.
Everyone is on the same playing field which is a a good thing- but- sometimes it happens to find something out of wack (body work, grilles, etc.), and I would hope there is a little give and take when it comes to rules that are not met that do not increase performance.
Heading up NASCAR Tech is Dave Brown, very experianced, well spoken, fair and a pretty good guy to boot, and I think we can all trust his judgement.
For race fans following the series, I think it would be good for them to watch the Tech Lane as it shows what goes on behind the scene and exactly what every team has to go through in order to make the show.

From what I hear the only thing they found wrong in Tech at the test was Dilley was 10 lbs. overweight, him not the car, DJ was caught with an open bag of cookies in his car, and Donny was charged for keeping his car to clean !!

UT-OH What no donuts?  ::)  Sounds like it will be a pretty good race season! I saw some great looking cars and a lot of smilin' faces. Drivers and crews are itchin' to get racing.

I happen to see a coupon for $5.00 off the Cayuga race in the Burlington Post newspaper this past weekend.
