Kawartha 2013 - Will stock car racing return?

Itr has been reported (Peterborough Examiner April 1/13) that harness horse racing will continue at KD.  Do you think this will have an impact on stock car racing at KD?  Will Skip Ambrose reconsider the 2013 race season?
