People told me they found some infractions on that car on display. I think they mention an illegal front spoiler.

Just Joking. Good to see Lowes up.

"Johnson said American-based sponsors appealing to consumers in a French-speaking country could present potential barriers."

Who writes this stuff?  They sure don't know much about Canada...or Montreal even...

I thought it was a French speaking country. Doesn't everyone speak French as well as English?

I was in Florida years go and a couple and their kids were playing by the pool. I see a maple leaf ona backpack.
So i ask.."so where are you from?"
He answers..."Montreal, Canada."
I answer..."hey were Canadians too!"
She says.."poly vous Francias?"..{do you speak French,however its spelt}
I answer.."sorry, no."
She says..."YOU ARE NOT REAL CANADIAN!!"
The pickup their kids and moved to another spot around the pool.

Parlez-vous le français?

That's the result of about 5 years of French class, hahaha. Oh and I can say hello and goodbye.

That is so true of Montreal.

Sorry to say this but Montreal has changed and it is not the same as it used to be. I used to have a lot of family from Montreal and they all moved to Ontario. They said it was because the people in Montreal thought they were French only.

I used to be able to talk to people in English there and now if you don't speak french have fun finding someone to talk to you. There are some that will but not many.

I also noticed we seem to have french on everything but their they don't seem to have English on everything.

It is actually illegal in Quebec to post a public sign where english is the dominant language.

I knew law class would come in handy one day lol :)

Go easy on him guys. Maybe he is just concerned that not enough people would leave their igloos in the french speaking country of Canada to make it worthwhile for the sponsors. Besides, all the teams would have the added expense of snow tires too!

Heh...I don't think the quarter panels are big enough to have the sponsor logo in french AND English
