Starting Time for RACES

What's happened with all the early starts for racing, used to be a 7pm OR maybe 6pm, now it's 2 OR 3pm, do these people turn into pumpkins early; some people aren't even off work that early :0

Speaking from Delaware's perspective we run very few afternoon events.  We found that summer heat caused issues for some of our guests (as well as drivers).

Our Friday evening competitions start at 7:30 pm, 30 minutes earlier from the old start of 8 pm.  The goal here was to ensure racing is completed by 10 pm.  We're not always successful in this aim, depending on how the evening goes, but we found that being out until 11pm wasn't ideal for the kids and families segment of the audience.
