So an hour for track drying and an hour for practice that means start at 7 and we pay to watch heat races so I guess he made the right call .

what does the time the races were called have to do with the pits being wet? either it was, or it wasn't.

Well bottom line is, it rained, maybe not much at KD, but pretty hard everywhere else.
people have to lighten up, you would also be the same bunch on here whining if races had of went ahead as scheduled then rained before program was over.
Buy yourself a track , sounds like you have all the answers no matter what!
