I plan to go tonight, but may be going alone because my son has other stuff on today.  Does anyone get together in certain sections of the stands that I might sit nearby?  I am 50 and well behaved, so i shouldn't embarrass anyone. :)

I am not sure but it would seem if you mention that the OSS only has 13 cars and does not run the 100 lap race that they advertise or dare to mention that Ashley Taws qualified last and is very slow some people get very angry .

 Go figure

Boy you seem to think negative about everything?? Is there anything you can say good about racing or a driver  ???

Just got back from Cayuga. The Robblee's were the class of the field with Steve taking the overall win and Matt leading the first 50 lap segment. Car count was 16-17. The racing was pretty good at the front for the low car count. Unfortunately the crowd was very sparse.
I tried to go over to the pits after the race to try and find Midamerica and introduce myself but the #71 car had misfortunes in the first 50 lapper and the hauler was pulling out when I got there. Maybe next time. I had a quick chat with Ashley Taws after the race. She said she's still getting used to the stock cars. Nice girl. I hope that she can prove the naysayers (read:pinecrest) wrong and be successful. The Cup Lites were OK. Again, a low car count (12-13).

Yes it was good night of racing and the crowd was pretty sparse.   I sure hope this series gets some more cars and attention because it looks very promising.  It would have been nice if some of the NCTS teams would have showed.

I was hoping to meet Midamerica also, but was too late.  That was a hard hit that he took and really put a dent in his car.   His hauler is a very nice looking rig.

Well we know DJ was not going to be there as he qualified and raced in the Busch race tonight.  But at least there were a couple more cars from the first race.  I'm not sure why Cayuga continues to bring the cup-lites back as they have yet to have a solid car count besides the first show years ago.  It's not fair to the fans or the drivers that make the effort to get to the event and yet still only have a small car count as I'm sure the drivers want to put on a show just like the main series they are with that night.

I counted 16 cars that started the 1'st race. McGlynn had the 18 car there as well, but it didn't start the race for what ever reason?

I was sitting in front of Dave's spotter, that was a hard lick he took, I hope you're okay Dave. Your spotter mentioned you lost your brakes.

Yes, the crowd was sparse. I heard they were charging $40.00 to get in???

Kenny Forth was coming on like gang busters in the 2'nd race when his rear end broke. Too bad, with McGlynn's misfortune he had a good chance to advance to 2'nd in the points. McGlynn was probably the only car that had something for the Robblee's.

I noticed Steve's car seemed better at the start of the races, and Matt's got stronger at the end of the races!

Billy Innes was running better this race too, but he still seemed to have a push.

I was hoping that Bob would put the car on the podium in the 2'nd race, it looked like he might, for a while and Ashley did another good job imho.

All in all, it was worth the drive from Burlington. I was hoping for a few more cars to show up and it's a shame about the crowd?

You gotta be kidding. The ACT show at ottawa had 4 qualifiying races,2 consis and a last chance race followed by 100 laps with 29 starters for $25.
