I dont think Jonhny lacks talent as much as he lacks time, but instead of stirring the pot and moving the team around and job desciptions it would be in there best intreast to just settle in for a season and learn as a team. Anyone that blames a driver, or a crew member in racing for the lack of spots picked up in a single season needs to focus more on the long term commitment of moving forward. The short term deal means making mistakes as they are currently doing by pointing fingers in every direction but themselves.

Priority's in racing only start with everyone on the same page, bust your ass, listen and learn, then go out and prove yourself without pointing fingers.
The reason God gave you only 8 fingers was because he knew you would get your thumbs stuck in the wrong spots sooner or later. Use what you have and grow from your learnings my young Grasshopper !!!
