Kevin Bridge Picks Up Top-Five Finish at Sunset Speedway
INNISFIL, Ontario β Kevin Bridge battled hard throughout the Great Lakes Concrete Series feature on Sunday en route to a top-five finish.
He would start off the afternoon with a victory in the first heat, followed by a third-place finish in the second qualifier.
Starting fifth for the 35-lap feature, he began to make his way forward immediately, moving into second on the start. Unfortunately, he would not remain there for long, dropping back to fourth over the next three laps. Heβd remain there through the rest of the feature, unable to catch the leaders en route to a fourth-place finish.
The final race of the Great Lakes Concrete Series is scheduled for Sunset Speedway on Sunday, September 23. Qualifying, though, will take place on Saturday, September 22.
