Shawn Thompson and Adrien Kemps both waxed their competition twice on Saturday night during the George Shipway Memorial at the Grand Bend Speedway on Saturday night.

Kemps opened and closed the night with wins.  The first event of the night was a makeup feature, and Kemps wasted no time passing Randy Biemers and setting sail, winning the feature handily.  Biemers finished second.

Kemps would back up that win with another feature later in the night as he started at the back of the pack in the final Micro main.  Again, Kemps moved to the front swiftly, claiming the win in the Shipway Memorial, with Biemers finishing second, and Joey Herremans coming home third.

In Junior B action, Bradley Vincent led early, but Dalen Martin started eighth and blitzed his way to the front. Martin took the lead, but Tyson Steeper was on the change, taking the lead briefly before Martin stole the top spot away again one lap before the halfway point.
Ray Monreau has climbed to fourth and moved to second shortly after the restart.  After pressuring Martin for a few laps, Ray made his move.  Martin fought back, but in the end, Morneau was too strong winning the feature.  Pier Blaauboer and Jack Macko would both make late charges around Martin to finish second and third.

Devin Jarvis started on the pole and would lead early, with Greg Dadson in tow through the early part of the race.  Trevor Collver was on the charge, and after starting 10th had moved to third by the halfway point.  Collier played possum for the rest of the race before flicking the switch during the last couple of laps and blasting to the front, taking the lead on the last lap and claiming the feature win.  Jarvis held on to finish second, with Jasmine Tanton finishing third after starting ninth.

In the Mini-Sprint class, Star Tanton would lead early, but it would be short lived as Jonah Macko took his turn at the front next.  The lead would be short lived for Macko who was shuffled out just before halfway as Colton Becker came to the front with teammate Jansen Becker in tow.  The pair would survive the races only yellow late in the event for a Scott Schloendorf flip on the backstretch.  The Beckers finished in that order with Macko filling out the podium.

In the Late Model feature Jaxon Jacobs started fifth and took the lead on lap one with Brandon Ronald following him through to second.  The pair would continue in that order for much of the event until Jordan Lawrence got his #28 rolling on the outside.  He rode the high line as far as second before getting shuffled out of the groove and losing a number of positions.  Lawrence regrouped and worked traffic like a pro during the closing laps, and finally found a way by Jacobs with just two laps to go, holding on to score the feature win.  Jacobs finished second with David Nethercott third.

The Trucks qualified through time trials and ran a dash, which was won by Shawn Thompson going away.  Looking to make it two for two, Thompson started on the pole in the feature and checked out again.  The race would run yellow free and by the time the checkers flew there were just four trucks left on the lead lap, as Thompson swept the night.  Jared Shields finished second, with substitute driver Andrew Thompson bringing the #10 truck home with a third-place finish.
