COW is checkers or wreckers, rules have not been announced yet but it sounds like 4 fun type cars

VOM is Varney Outlaw Modified, 4 cylinder modifieds with 8 valve our cylinder engines rear wheel drive 10" wide 13" tires ,very light and fast
