yes a few yellow flags  and 1 or 3  wallings....still the best one was Kennedy runnin up the front stretch wall all on his own showin the fans his driveshaft and puttin it back down on the track without even asmuch as knocking out the toe on his ride and without giving up any of his well earned lead......the best side by side racing with a full field I have seen any where in a long time ......( I have been to Barrie,Sunset,Pete,Kawartha,Flammy,Varney and Sauble in the last year)......26 cars 1 open and 1 LLM got $200 tow and out of the 24 takin home the ca$h my count had 6 LLM and 09 from Varney with what looked like some Cascar parts (LOL never saw tech) so all in all the LLM were competitive as The Sauble 69 finished I believe a solid 9th with the 35 from Sauble getting knocked out with his very fast ride that would have had him in the top 10.............one of the strangest melt downs I ever witnessed at a speedway or otherwise was the driver of the ? car from ? walkin around in circles gently taking off his Helmet and set it down waking around some more then seemed like he picked out a random trailer and grabbed  something and entered the trailer and later exited the trailer without what ever he grabbed...perhaps he was returning a borrowed part.... he must have been doing some exercises in the trailer as it was moving around a bit ;D >:( :o ??? ::) :-[ :-X......anyway I think he will explain all that to the Sauble OPP as I saw others do for him    :( :o    Hats off to the 22 team who had the same thing happen to them as the 4 on track tangling with the same car with the same result after showing they may have had the car to beat in the end and all those guys did was work on their car to repair it without saying a word to any one!! 8) 8) :-X well done no visit from OPP for them..........and also got to see a WILD Street Stock race what a night!! :) ........... glad the Thunder broke or I would have missed the RACE of the YEAR although I hear the Thunder race at Sunset was a good one don't think I missed much after seeing the LLM video though on that race .........the Sauble race will be on www.smoketronix.com in a few days I hear

As a Delaware guy, don't lump that 4 car in as a Delaware car please, he occasionally shows up to race at Delaware LOL

the RCR (Renea Cox Racing) team is far to classy for that tom foolery!!! Shitty buzz Jamie!!! You had a fast ride.

A complete meltdown by a sauble boy aswell, lets not forget that. It may not have been in the pits, but some dumb shit pulled out there by a guy who is much more talented than that IMO.
Oh and by the way the 4 is an ACT car I believe??

and by the way, if any Sauble reps read these boards? Im curious is it common practice up there to run an average of 15 laps per caution??? Seriously???

How did you personally fair Jay?? Perhaps Gresel (if that's who the Sauble boy refers to) wanted to win a little too badly at his former home track??? ;) Is that what I'm led to assume here??

As for the 4 car I personally have only seen him race once or twice and he fared pretty well thus no meltdowns.. :'( I do hear he's a bit of an America's Funniest Home Video Moment waiting to happen though.. ;) I imagine the outcome of the APC 300 this year didnt land one another on any Xmas card list either.. This latest go around should only add further fuel to this budding rivalery!!!

yes you are correct what I was pointing out was the class of the 22 team showing through I do not know them or the ? car from ?    I did say they tangled with the same car with the same ON TRACK result they just showed they are able to keep their cool under conditions that many if not most would not again HATS OFF TO THE 22 TEAM......I believe the car on track that was involved is a Delaware regular That Lives in Sauble and does not race at Sauble speedway .......I have decided to only mention car #s that deserve a positive mention in this thread ...I will leave the other #s to others to post and have edited my first post today to reflect that............and I will again say I saw the best side by side racing last night that I have seen any where in a long time and now I cant wait for THE DA$H for CA$H on AUG 10th featuring Kenny Wallace and the best Side by Side racing for LLM anywhere in Ontario......... I am sure alot of people reading this realise side by side means a full field of cars or you just don't get the battles that makes it exciting to watch........IMO when car counts are at a full field Sauble and Sunset offer the best racing any where and if they would repave Pete that place may even be better   .....and NO I AM NOT SLAMMING the OTHER TRACKS I just think the track layout at those places offer the Their best racing in the lower divisions as I think Thunder LLM and Open Lates are too fast for true side by side NON CONTACT PASSING

think there were bout 18 or 20 TQs and they put on their regular fast lap time show that we have all come to expect only 2 or 3 yellows for some minor spins for them ......between there speed and my eyes I am not sure what car finished where LOL

We started 10th, finished 9th. We survived is how we look at it, had a half decent car just missed on gear choice for heavy traffic.

Fair enough

What was the fan attendance like???

Looked like a good crowd to me... what would the place hold? i would say three quarters full.
