the #4 drove into 3 so hard there was no way he was gonna make the exit off 4 if he would have let off and got the car turned andrew would have been gone

yes a few yellow flags  and 1 or 3  wallings....still the best one was Kennedy runnin up the front stretch wall all on his own showin the fans his driveshaft and puttin it back down on the track without even asmuch as knocking out the toe on his ride and without giving up any of his well earned lead......the best side by side racing with a full field I have seen any where in a long time ......( I have been to Barrie,Sunset,Pete,Kawartha,Flammy,Varney and Sauble in the last year)......26 cars 1 open and 1 LLM got $200 tow and out of the 24 takin home the ca$h my count had 6 LLM and 09 from Varney with what looked like some Cascar parts (LOL never saw tech) so all in all the LLM were competitive as The Sauble 69 finished I believe a solid 9th with the 35 from Sauble getting knocked out with his very fast ride that would have had him in the top 10.............one of the strangest melt downs I ever witnessed at a speedway or otherwise was the driver of the ? car from ? walkin around in circles gently taking off his Helmet and set it down waking around some more then seemed like he picked out a random trailer and grabbed  something and entered the trailer and later exited the trailer without what ever he grabbed...perhaps he was returning a borrowed part.... he must have been doing some exercises in the trailer as it was moving around a bit ......anyway I think he will explain all that to the Sauble OPP as I saw others do for him        Hats off to the 22 team who had the same thing happen to them as the 4 on track tangling with the same car with the same result after showing they may have had the car to beat in the end and all those guys did was work on their car to repair it without saying a word to any one!! well done no visit from OPP for them..........and also got to see a WILD Street Stock race what a night!! ........... glad the Thunder broke or I would have missed the RACE of the YEAR although I hear the Thunder race at Sunset was a good one don't think I missed much after seeing the LLM video though on that race .........the Sauble race will be on www.smoketronix.com in a few days I hear

"hats off to the 22 team?" They only worked on their car and never said a word to anyone??? It's obvious you weren't there...LOL Did you not see 22 stop onto the front straight away take off his helmet and pound 81 with his fist three times then he tried to pull the driver of 81 out of his car? Then he went over and had a few words with the driver of 81 after the race? Because I did!

81 was rough driving from the get go. He wrecked 22 then 4! Karma's a bitch!
I want to say HATS OFF to Sauble Speedway for not putting up with Gresel's idiot moves of rough driving. He clearly stuffed both 4 and 22, he was given the black flag for wrecking 22. When he stuffed 4 he was told he was disqualified from the race and told to load his car immediately on his trailer. I was standing right beside the race director and heard him say to Gresel that he was not welcome to race at that track again. It's too bad more tracks don't do this!

So we will see if they stick to their word! I hope they do!

You Sir are incorrect do you think because I did not metion the name of the trailer owner I did not know who it belongs to. I chose to NOT bring a Guys name into a discussion in what he would have 00% blame assigned to him and yes I did see your driver running backwards offering to pay for his childi$h reaction...unfortunately THAT IS NOW IN THE HANDS OF THE OPP................as for THE 22 TEAM so what if the driver yelled on track big deal but as I said before his TEAMS ACTIONS in the pits were a sign of class in my book as they did what pros that are trying to attract fans and sponsors to our GREAT SPORT and shut their mouths and worked to repair their car even if it was only to load the car in their undamaged trailer.....the other car involved in that was black flagged to the back of the pack for the restart  as for said car on the DQ it was for ignoring the Mechanical Black otherwise known as THE MEATBALL BLACK so that everyone in the place knows  why a black was given..........they ignored it and were sent off for doing so..........I am sure they loaded the car right away to avoid some IDIOT damaging it further........as for that car not being welcomed back I am sure the race director said that to you because you were in his face making demands for action.........think about it wouldn't the banning of a team be the responsibility of the owner of the track??

sounds to me like the late model class is almost finished in ontario.. there where similar actions at 2 other tracks this weekend..its
time to take up a new hobby..

[Racing Habits]

There were also some good things that happened at these tracks besides people who base things on assumptions. Crowds, car counts, some deserving winners and finishers did make  it for many peoples night and fans.

a note on the video that's two 16 year old kids with a love for racing and a couple of camcorders.......good to see they even know how to get and keep some local sponsors......most are guys with race cars offering a little bit of cash each to help the kids get equipment and Sauble gives them MEDIA PASSES so no charge to get in with full access to the track.

1- The Video has been edited

2- as hard as they try the kids don't always capture everything




The track DOES and DID wave BOTH BLACK flags the MEATBALL that was ignored or not seen by driver don't matter which....and The DQ Black that was  followed after the car stopped on track and was told  why he was being sent off as this all happened under yellow

Back in the day another driver named Urlin  came to the Beach and did not like how his night was going and drove out on to the track with his truck and trailer with the car loaded (during the late model feature) .While Russ I beleive his name was hung out the window of the pick up with a Mickey Mouse t shirt singing m-i-c-k-e-y m-o-u-s-e . All very entertaining.

 This field had more potential winners in it than you see the majority of the time in a season any track and any class. I think the drivers were happy with Sauble for the decent payouts not too often seen for the type of cars they have... keep up the good work Sauble showing respect for the guys.

I agree makes for a GREAT  SHOW .........Sauble is slowly making some Good changes and Car counts are on the way back up
