Hey Paul,

If you're referring to a Driver's Winter Rules Meeting or some variation, Kawartha is one of the few tracks that does not have an annual post season meeting. You can always call the speedway and leave a message for Derek Lynch and his crew, they are always happy to answer your questions. I can't remember when they update their rule packages, but as I recall they usually post the next seasons rules in January.

Ok thanks doug, i'll give him a call then I just heard that they were having one but i'll call to confirm.
