1. Click on User CP

2. Click on My profile.



3. Click Blog Control Panel on the left menu under Modifiy Profile



4. Right under the Blog Control Panel you will see Click here to initalize blog.



There rest is easy as you can put links and categories for you blogs.

When posting to the blog you have the same features you do in as when posting in the forums.
