I am not a happy camper about my plates.  >:( I already had the plate RACNMOM they were stolen. I can't get them back.  So I applied to get RACNGMOM I already know that RACINMOM is taken. Well I got a letter stating that I can't have RACNGMOM because that plate would be considered by some members of the public to have an inappropriate connotation.

I do not understand all I want to do is add the letter G to plates I already had.   ???

Glad to hear Matt's doing better RW!

Sorry to hear about your plates, a friend of mine at work had his stolen, the thief used them to take a ride up the 407, luckily my co-worker reported them stolen, as far as I know he didn't have to pay the 407 guys, but they are rip off artists themselves!

Hope you get a good price it you're selling your #3 diecast, that one probably is going for at least 3 times more than the rest, I think you seen what the one guy was asking for his on Ebay, he must have got it, you don't see it advertised anymore??? Oh, I have two #4's, one at home and one in the camper. ;)

Take care now, ttyl.

Thanks buddy I will tell Matt you are all thinking of him.
Matt was sitting up on the physio bed with 2 others helping him. He is not able to sit up on his own yet. He can't without falling over. It is very hard to see that yet I have faith in him that he will one day. When I walked into the gym he came me the biggest smile I seen yet. He was very proud of his efforts, as he should be.  :)

great to hear matt is getting better....i think personal plates are a huge scam...i had a guy come up and say "no wonder i cant those plates u have them."...turns out we had the same last name...2 days later one plate was gone....not as bad as u but u still have to pay to replace the other...so i bought regular ones when i heard how much, and hung the personal one on my wall...my old gas station use to be just down from the hospital and we had hookers fighting right at the pumps one day...the one asked me to call the cops ( hooker asks for cops help?..lol.) and the other grabbed a pen off my desk and started trying to stab her in the throat...crackers were breaking into cars everynight for money and a place to sleep...they would walk up to cars getting gas and ask for money or if they wanted a good time...find needles all thru the lawn, it was scarry cutting the grass...cops didnt care, city hall didnt care...my grandfather walked in one day told me he was selling and i asked why and he said he didnt want me or any of our employees hurt...its too bad that hospital is there, its an excellent place with great doctors and nurses...but, keep up the faith, tell matt people at flammy are thinkin about him and wishing him speedy recovery.

I went this morning and got replacement plates. Funning how I had to pay to get replacements plates. I also paid to get new personal plates. Geesh. I am the victim here and yup I had to pay for new plates. $20.00 for the new ones and 137.00 for the new personal ones. They will be arrive in a few weeks. At least I don't have to pay for my sticker!! I paid for that already last year for two years. The woman at the office said that people really shouldn't buy the two year sticker as that is what theives are after. Mine was good for another year yet.

I had Matt outside today for a walk in the wheel chair. He gets sore along his tail bone yet as he has a broken bone in that area. He is doing pretty good though sitting up for longer periods of time. He is doing great at 2 hours now. Then he is sleeping the pain off. His right hip is locked back in place so that is good but there are some bone chips in the area.  :(

Folks , as a personal witness to the suffering racewoman has endured this past month, this act is the epitamy of low . As good as a hospital as Hamilton General is, with the best of Dr's and nurses on staff , unfortunatly it is located in the worst area of the city . Prostitutes and crack sellers are all around the parking area and entrances , the police seem indifferent to doing anything about it IMHO . I do commend the hospital security staff but their jurisdiction is limited. I will say the scumbag who stole her plates will likely be hanging around that parking lot again  and I will be keeping an eye out . They better hope the police catch them before I do , they won't be just stealing from cars in the hospital lot , they will be a patient . Again, the plates read " RACN~MOM."  they were a gift to Teri from her sons . I will gladly buy dinner for anyone who tips the police to their whereabouts. On the good news front, Matt is moving his right leg well and has been able to get into , with help , a reclining wheelchair . To see his face light up when he can get out of his bed and room for a brief period is very emotional. Your prayers are working  for him , please continue to think of him and his family. Thank you.

Yeah some lowlife stole my plates a couple months ago too. It's really annoying, and of course you have to pay for new ones even though you are the victim of a crime...

I had my license plates stolen yesterday while I was at the hospital with Matt. My son and I have seen personal plates at flea markets and other places so if you see  RACN MOM plates you know they are mine. I am pretty upset over this.   >:(  I just can't believe someone would do such a thing. I spend everyday at the hospital with Matt. Not to have someone steal my plates.

So when you are all at the flea markets please watch for you plates and mine too.

That is LOW! Hopefilly we will find them!
