Front load bolts would be great... Allow the shock to be mounted out side of the control arms, make a measurement rule the shock must be with in X amount of inch's from what  ever. They would be way easier to adjust.

I dont see anyone asking for quick change rear ends,wide-5 hubs, rack and pinion steering, strut frt ends, and you do remember this is a public forum,if not call your buddy Ross...

I thought you wanted the 9" because it was quicker to change. Wasn't that the story?

Wide 5??? What LLMs run that?

Rack and pinion is already there. Thunderbird, Mustang and Mike's Honda

The sad thing is thats the best you can come up with the diff between Thunder and LLM which is my point.

I would like to see headers, 2101 intake, front load bolts and floaters. Lets try this for a couple years and if we need more changes then lets try it. I think opening up the rulebook all at once will hurt the class, you just cant say "ok guys spend away" Alot of guys have limited budgets so why would we as a class want to push these guys out? Take a good look at other tracks that have opened up there rulebook, I can guarantee there car counts suck.

Your on the money there Scott! The track should  mandate a shock to use,Qa1 sounds good, lots of used ones around. In my opinion, thats where they will need to be careful!!! :o
I dont know why anyone would want to spend any money at all, buying a 9" rear end with drum set up,actually the floater set up is cheaper and again, lots of used stuff around, you can buy the mounting ears and have them retro fitted.
Now,i know Hosking is going to say something here, shoot away big guy!!!

Something else to consider,in my opinion is allowing the engine to be set back, ball joint lined up with #1 spark plug. ;D

my wish list!

after a couple hits on the crack pipe i came up with the same sh** u guys did! along with a few more... air gap intake,850 demon carb, quick change pn-174tg2021 rearend, sweet mfg. rack,8100 penske shocks,12 inch spoilers and boards, triple disc clutches with 3 speed, full aluminum bodies,14 lb wheels, motor rule? what motor rule! 3 link rear suspension,12 inch slicks.

or go down south and race super late models 8)

On a real note how about just a couple changes like a Hans devise, center link for the metric cars,9 inch rearend and maybe the 2101 intake only because it's getting hard to find good cast iron intakes!

We know there will be 2101 intakes and QA1 shocks they told us that at last years meeting, rumour has they are looking at floaters, standards, and any steel body, and of course the 602 which you could run the last half of the year
