Another successful Enduro to complete the 2016 season at Cornwall Motor Speedway!
Cornwall, Ont – Sunday, September 11, 2016 – Martin Bélanger – The Fireball Enduro was completed in front of a sellout crowd as 281 cars registered on an afternoon sponsored by Mark’s Parts.
The ladies 4 cylinders started the afternoon with 32 cars taking part in the 50-lap event, Chelsea Cholette was dominant taking a full lap on everyone and won the event.
The 6-cylinder division, took the track with 60 cars registered, when all 50 laps were completed, Dakota Balanger from Winchester took the win.
The Mini-Van were next on the speedway for a 25-lap event, Brett Campbell took the win driving the #12 van.
The first of two 50-lap 4 cylinders saw 60 cars took the green as Phil Germain went on to capture the race. A lot of action in this event as about a dozen cars finished the event.
The 8 cylinders were next on the track with their 50 lap event, starting in the 30th position, Jesse Thompson had the best in this race.
The final race of the afternoon was the second part of the 4 cylinders race with 74 cars taking the green. Jamie Scharf had the best with only 4 cars being to finish the event.
This ended the 2016 season, the Lavergne family would like to thank everyone for all the support over the season and we will be back in full force for 2017!
