The Ontario Sportsman Series, powered by Castrol, held its first meeting for 2008 on Saturday, Oct 20th at the series newest sponsors location, Emma's Back Porch in Ancaster Ontario. Although the meeting was open only to the board of directors, much was discussed and the 2008 racing format laid out.
New to the OSS for 2008 include's an addition of some new race tracks, new and returning Drivers, new Sponsors and very little in rule changes from the 2007 Series format.
The OSS understands the need's of the fans, and we thank you all for wanting to know more about our upcoming events, our 2008 Schedule, our Sponsors, and our Driver's. We also understand that Canadian racing On line is a vital link for fans to talk and investigate the happenings of our series, so we are going to talk to Evan and try to come up with something that is easy access for all of our fans, sponsors and teams alike.
We feel that our series will grow by including you the fan in our racing series and by no means do we want to hide anything from the people that make the OSS a vital link to Canada's fastest growing Stock Car Series.
