Marcus Ambrose came from the Austrailian Supercar series where he was a champion. That series is run entirely on road or street courses is and is the best of it's kind in my opinion. The move Ambrose made on the shrub was a common occurence in Supercar and his spotter should have expected it . If it was an abuse of the rules, Ambrose would have been penalized. He wasn't , and I congratulate him on a fantastic weekend. Even if he was in a Toyota.  :)

I'm not a fan of Kyle Busch,  but the one thing you have to like about the guy is his commitment to short track racing... he is always racing his late model somewhere during the week, and has other development drivers racing his cars... and this only benfits the tracks he is racing at to, beause all they have to advertise is "Kyle Busch is racing" and the fans will show up...even if it's just to boo him... they will show up...haha

No one, especially me, has ever said the kid can't drive. In fact I think, and have said, he is one of the best wheelmen (boy) out there today. His problem, like his brother before him, is that he needs to take a huge dose of humility. You can tell that both the Busch boys were mommied to death on their way to the big leagues. So if some of us get a perverse pleasure from seeing Kyle or Kurt get what's coming then that is the way it is. If you are a Kyle Busch fan then good on you for sticking up for him but just be prepared to deflect a lot of shrapnal ;)

if he was sitting in the top ten he probably wouldnt have backed off...but now he needs the points and good finishes so he can't drive like he wants too, so that has to piss him off..lol....i loved it !!

Those who live in glass houses......pot meet kettle.....he who is without sin cast the first stone........ etc, etc, etc.

Kyle (Kryle) Busch is a hypocrite. He is just mad he didn't have the idea first. He said in his interview "I didn't know he was there". He got caught flat-footed by a legal move. If you watch the replay he didn't have to do what he did. Ambrose cleared him with lots of room. Busch always said when he took someone out "anything to win, we didn't come here to run second".

  Gritsy

The TV replay seemed to show JR checking up to avoid Nemechek spinning. It looked like they may have got together coming to the checkered. It was a brief replay.

Funny you bring that up, I didn't hear Thayne's call, but I was at Watkins Glen on Saturday, and when Busch got interviewed after the race, he got boo'ed big time.

Now I normally don't like his attitude, but respect his ability, well this time I actually felt sorry for him, I think Ambrose dive-bombed him for lack of a better word, but his past came back to bite him in the ass and he got boo'ed anyway.

And on a seperate note, anyone know what happened to J.R. on the last lap? He was 12th after corner 1 on the last lap, came home 18th with some damage, and they never showed a replay of it on the screens at the track.

Thayne (or is it Than?) just said a bad word on Sirius Speedway with Dave Moody. lol He referred to Kyle Busch as an A------. But I'm sure some will feel that he was just giving an accurate description of Kyle.

I agree Thayne.  People may put up with his attitude when he's winning but won't be so tolerant if he falls off the pedestal. Sometimes I try to like Kyle purely on his driving ability, but get turned off by some of his comments and post race antics.
