I was actually told after I posted that # that it hasnt yet been connected.  Should be connected soon from what I've been told.
For now, the best chance to get ahold of someone at the track is to call Brad's cell (495-2112).  Apparently there's not very good reception at the track, so if no one answers - leave a message.  If that doesn't work, I dont know what to tell you.
