tire rule

was reading the Barrie mini stock tire rule, says basically all tires have to be the same (195-60-14 or 205-50-15 azenis no mixing). just wondering how guys are getting stagger if they need it. is it just using a new and worn out tire or...

I've moved the worn tires back.  I've also seen up to 3/8" difference in circumference from the factory to get some play.

i know that cars with welded diffs often want more than an inch or circumference stagger and that's tricky to get with just worn/new tire. i remember talking to a fast nissan guy last year and he mentioned his car was happy at 2-2.5 and i peeked at a fast mustang at sunset and saw 185 lr and 195rr so im guessing that is a couple.

looks like a tough rule to work with (but maybe setting up with no stagger is easier than i thought and can work good)

use a LSD no need for stagger.. if your car is well balanced and not a mustang an open diff works just fine too.
