getting a room makes it way too expensive for me. It would be much better to do this in person though. I agree on that. How bout everybody says where there from and see if we cannot find somebody in a central location to host this?? that sounds better to me.

I'm not central (Peterborough), but I do have a heated race shop that could hold beer, excellent lighting, easily hold two or three poker tables with tunes and while you're there, help me pull one of the engines out of my LM :)

$40.00 to $80 buy-in sounds about right. I wouldn't make a weekly habit out of that... but it would be a blast.

I was in a fund raising hold'em tourney in Minesing a couple weeks ago. $40 buy in....a lot of fun. I only lasted a couple hours though. GD river cards LOL.

I'm in.........I look forward to it jay............ ;D
You know what would be even better........everyone getting rooms some weekend at a hotel, and having a tourney there..........what do ya think?

Tourney's work well and it's far more enjoyable than sitting at your computer screen AND the opportunity to bench race and talk about the off season an upcoming season at the same time. It doesn't have to be screaming expensive either....and nobody loses their shirt either.

Is that it?? four maybe five poker playing race fans out there??

i'd play for the $10/15 range

Whats the payout breakdown going to be?

If we were to do this, the payout would be the standard full tilt tournament structure and payout.

I guess we"ll give it a week or so more, but Im leaning towards not enough interest. Too bad!!

How much you guys want to play for?
Im flexable on that $5 - $10 - $20 you guys decide

That would be cool Kelly, but I doubt we would get enough guys to do that.

Im thinkin in the next couple / few weeks if we get enough interest. Fri or sat is fine wit me too. FT takes the prepaid visa deposit if Im not mistaken. I use the instadebit option, deposits directly out of your bank account and the withdrawls take 3 to 4 days to get into your bank account. I have made many withdrawls without a problem.

I'm in for it. I have full tilt but no cash on there and not overly familiar with that one as I use Pokerstars. Whatever is good for the majority would be good for me, just can't put a few bucks in on full tilt if that's the way people decide to go but I could on Pokerstars. This should be done on say a Friday/Saturday evening.

Roughly when will this be held?

I held a CRO poker freeroll a couple years ago on Full Tilt and I think we had a about 25 players. Would anyone be interested in doing this again?

If so where do you play? Fulltilt, Pokerstars or wherever? I have a few sites I play at but I think FT is about the best to hold a private tourney.

When works best for most folks? Im flexable, just wanted to get an idea of how many would be into it again. We dont need to do it as a freeroll if enough peeps have real money accounts.

Please post any thoughts you have.
Cheers
Jay
