Thanks for the update Derek.

That's 2 in a row now for Bailey. Good for him! He was crew cheif on the #86 CASCAR a few years ago!

disappointed in the TQ car count. Man -12 cars at Flamboro, 10 at Lancaster. Time for these two clubs to get back together!

thanks Shadowracer for correcting my error. You're right re the Can-Am car count. I think I just saw the partial results and thought that was the complete box score. Getting back to Lancaster though, the Casey's midgets or whatever they call themselves now  must regret breaking away from the Can-Am club, usually drawing 12 cars or less at Lancaster or Wyoming County (Perry). I think they were trying for a cheaper engine formula than Can-Am and have shot themselves in the foot in the process. Noticed that the Turnbulls who usually supported the U.S. club in the past couple of years were at Flammy. Very Interesting!
Flammy is an absolutely perfect track for these cars. Their speed is breath taking

Hmm. I have to admit, I don't follow the Can-Ams really close. I didn't know about the split. That's too bad.

Maybe I don't know nothing about nothing, but I always think its kinda sad when they try and introduce stuff to make it cheaper to run, and it gets met with huge resistance. Heh...maybe its cuz I'm not a racer, but I just don't get it.

I agree that Flammy would be the ultimate track to see them on. Small enough, yet large enough to let em' strut their stuff. Only place besides Delaware that I've ever seen them was at Varney. That was fun, but Varney's pretty small. I bet Flam would be even better.

I know this is a little off topic, but I'm looking forward to seeing the Can-Am club this year on the new 1/4 mile oval at Grand Bend.
