Other thread mentioned a 8 race schedule. Any chance we'll see CCS added?

Hey 38,

You're just going to see the series at those 6 racetracks this year.  Hopefully we can expand the series to 8 tracks in 2008, however we're going to start with doing a great job at the tracks that we'll be racing at this year and we'll deal with 2008 when the time comes.

I conclude that you are participating. What about Steve Munro?

Hey 38,

Yep we'll be there for sure, unfortunately after Nascar announced the cancellation of the series he put his car up for sale and he sold it to Capital City for a "scare your sponsor" car.......needless to say he's not to happy that he sold his car.

If Monroe is available and has a sponsor to bring, tell him to phone me or email me.
We have 3 cars available for this series, race ready and stout motors.
Any one else looking at this message that has intreast in racing the cost is $60,000 for the year and that is utilizing top five equipment- no junk !!
If anyone is looking to purchase cars we will sell them at a price ranging from $20,000 to $45,000 depending on what you want in the package. 905.741.9244 Dave

would have thought there would be cheaper ones for CCS to buy like the old ones of  Lyle Perkins or Ken Baird if they were still available.

Ken Baird's car (unless he has a backup) is in many, many pieces...

and if you're wondering why, click that link.

I agree that Lyle Perkins car would have probably been cheaper than Munro's.  On the plus side tho maybe now Munro will run full time at CCS.

forgot about Baird's wreck, wasn't there that night. Agree that if Munro runs regular at CCS I'll go more often and probably not travel to NCTS races.
