There has been a lot of talk regarding a timed race concept on this and other boards. To try to get everyone on the same page, I have brought all the information together in one place for people interested: here. If it has not already been made clear, I will do so: this is an event concept, it is by no way a guarantee that such an event will happen, or even is possible. It is simply a way of seeing what the interest level is and whether or not a viable proposal could be assembled for consideration. Interested potential competitors need to fill out the form I have set up here. It has come to my attention that the e-mail I was using before may have been marking some of the e-mails sent to it as spam. This fixes that problem.
