Yes, Kawartha did race tonight and it was probably the best field of Late Models this year at the Downs. Twenty cars took the feature with visiting cars from all over. Heat wins went to 99 Brown and 55 Thring. Semi and feature went to 71 of McHattie. Urlin was sent to the back a couple times for spinning the 84 of Jackson and the 99 of Brown. McHattie wasn't dominant and Jackson probably would have given him a run if not for being spun by Urlin. Very few minor cautions for spins. Only one big one when the 46 of Mayhew got into the 67 of Tiemersma. He hit the wall in 2 and then pounded the inside wall down the back straight. Double hook for the 67. Sorry so brief but my power keeps going out and want to get this posted before my computer shuts off again. Sorry, too busy to get results for other classes although I think John Baker won the Thunder and the 0 MOOVIT car ( Willoughby ? ) won in the minis. Not sure about LLM but the 22 looked quick all night. The LM race was called about lap 85 due to rain. Was too busy spotting to get a full run down but the top 2 in the LM feature were 71 McHattie and 9 Thompson.
