The first link has the copy of a 'letter' read to the meting attendees (No, I wasn't there) from Mr. Gordon.
Greg posted that this evening (Sept 10,2009).

Hey that sounds great,I was wondering what was going on cause I had heard about this eons ago (so it seems) and to finally read something postive about this new track is top drawer!
-
I have been trying to keep up with their progress but info has been rare. To call an OMB hearing positive though is stretching it a bit. The positive side I guess is the town is going to bat for them. No work can be done until the OMB rules and that could take up to a year which would put their 2012 (already moved from 2011) start date in jeopardy.
-
The good news is, that the OMB usually rules in favour of progress...I'd ecpect a fairly quick and positive answer..have quite a bit of experience with the OMB
