Kevin Bridge Posts DNF at Sauble Speedway on Friday Night
Unfortunately after picking up the win last weekend at Sauble Speedway, things did not go as planned this past Friday night for Kevin Bridge Racing.
The defending division champion showed speed through qualifying, kicking off the night with a runner-up in the first heat after starting fifth. He then backed it up with a fourth in the second round of heats despite getting boxed in.
Starting off the feature, he was looking to gain ground in the early stages. However, Bridge saw his feature cut short when contact on the second lap resulted in a broken axle.
The team will be hard at work this week to make sure the car is ready to go for the next event at Sauble Speedway on Saturday, July 15.
