North Carolina Racer heads to Shediac

After a week off due to the weather it's time for something special at this weekend at Shediac's CENTRE for Speed Entertainment Park. This Saturday at 7 PM Moosers will present the "Moosers Heroes of Weekly Racing" event including some great racing and lots of free fun for the kids. On the racing card are the guys from the Open Wheel Modifieds Tour who will make their first appearance at the "Centre" this season including Ryan MacIntosh, the young Amherst native who is making quite a name for himself down south with the Allison Legacy Series based in North Carolina. MacKintosh is home for a few days and will be piloting the #22 AOW car at Shediac this weekend and signing autographs for the fans along with the rest of the "Hero's of Weekly Racing" in attendance at the event during the on track autograph and kids ride session. Young MacIntosh has been building up an impressive resume down South and hopes are high that he will have an outstanding performance before the home fans of the Maritimes.

"Wingnut", the track mascot, will be on hand with free sign up kits for his Jr Fan Club in addition to the kids stock car rides. The Late Model sportsman and always exciting Street Stocks and four cylinders will also be showcasing their talents on Atlantic Canada's Fastest Stock Car Oval plus the "Mini MONSTERS" RC group will be performing stunts, jumps and racing with their "Mini Monster Trucks" for young and old alike. Admission for this family friendly event for ages 18 and under is free. Adults 19+ pay just $10 and Seniors (60+) are $8.
