Wally Wilson Struggles to Find Speed at Frostoberfest

HAMILTON, Ontario --- Despite starting off the day on a promising note, things did not go as Wally Wilson hoped at Flamboro Speedway's Frostoberfest.

After feeling pretty good about things following the pair of practice sessions, Wilson started off the day by placing ninth in both of his qualifying heats.

Starting deep in the field, Wilson escaped without any damage through the first two incidents on track, hopeful of making up ground as the 50-lap feature went on. However, the later he went into the event, the more he struggled to find speed, eventually pulling off en route to a 17th-place finish.

Wally Wilson Racing will hope to end off the 2018 campaign on a high note with a good finish at Peterborough Speedway's Autumn Colours Classic.

Wilson’s efforts are supported by The Fyre Place & Patio Shop, Have1.com, Larry’s Small Engines, and Wix Filters. Wally Wilson Racing is a proud supporter of #BurnOutTheBully and Laps for Muscular Dystrophy..
