QUOTES

-You started out the tour season with a hard earned top five, what are your thoughts heading into this weekend’s race at Riverside?

“Scotia wasn’t really the way we wanted to start the season out but we battled all day and managed to leave there with a top five finish. Riverside is a track that has been pretty good to us in the past, we’ve had some good finishes over the last couple of years and probably should have won a race or two there.”

-Would you consider Riverside the most exciting facility the MPST travels to?

“With out a doubt Riverside is the best race track we go to. It’s a beautiful facility with great fans and a fast track with some good banking which makes for some good racing. The fact the place has a lot of grip is what makes it such a great track. Anytime you race at a place with a lot of grip it makes it great for everyone involved.”

-During your off weekend you competed at your home track of Speedway 660, how did it go there?

“We went and raced in the Best of the Best series that Irving, who is a big supporter of ours puts on and were running third until we lost our brakes and put us out of the race. It was a master cylinder that went which was unfortunate because we probably had the car to beat.”
