Just received word that Harvey passed away today. For me personally, he was my first racing hero when I started going to the tracks at about 5-6years old. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family at this difficult time and will post funeral arrangements as it becomes available. RIP Harvey!

Westview funeral home on Wonderland road in London. Visitation thurs 7-9 pm, fri 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral service sat at 11 am.
