Canadian Vintage Modifieds Prepare for a BIG 47th Season
The Canadian Vintage Modifieds have recently released their 2013 schedule, which consists of a 13 race Lucas Oil championship series and the new Iron Man Triple Crown, presented by Gary Elliott Motorsports. This new three race series will surely test the skills of all the Vintage Modified drivers. Each race of the series will scrap the traditional handicapping system and the starting positions will be from random draw which should add even more excitement while drivers race to win the separate Triple Crown purse.
In recent years the Canadian Vintage Modified series has become a highly competitive series, with an average of 20+ cars a race for the last 2 seasons, 2012 had 8 different feature winners and one of the tightest point battles in the 47 year history of the club, demonstrating the Canadian Vintage Modifieds are set for another exciting season.
