Title: Drivers Meeting Sunday March 1st. Stroud Arena for Staff, Drivers & Crew Members

Date: Sunday, March 1st. 2015

Place: Stroud Arena- Upstairs Hall

Sunday March 1st.
Now that we are a NASCAR Sanctioned Track and part of the NASCAR Whelen  All American Series there are changes that have to be done. A NASCAR  Official  from Charlotte North Carolina will be in attendance to assist us with any questions and  changes that have to be done for registrations  ( NASCAR Licensing ) The cost of a Nascar License, who requires a license,  Race Formats, and the Driver and Crew Member benefits’.

It is imperative that the Drivers and their Crew Members that will be competing at Sunset Speedway attend this meeting.

Forms will be available for March 1st. and on for those who cannot attend this meeting.

Staff Signup: Time: 10:00am to 11:30am
Mini Stocks:   Time: 11:30am To 1:00pm          
Super Stocks: Time: 1:00pm To 2:30 pm          
Late Models :  Time: 2:30pm To 4:30pm

Will this affect the sauble home and home  points races ?

Unfortunately there will not be a Home to Home series between Sauble and Sunset in 2015

So whats the deal for may 2nd for ssuble or full throttle thunder..if we want to race  ???

I believe they will address all this at the meeting.. And post the info afterwards for all those who cannot attend.
