Well with the Super late season about to kick off at Sunset this weekend I figured it would be a good time to try this question amongst the masses here at CRO.. I basically included the top 5 from last season's standings as well as multi time series champ Rob Clarke.. Also left the option to vote "Someone else" so if you vote that way tell us who your pickin and why if you wouldnt mind..

As for me gotta stick with a local and vote for the 22 of Watson to retain the title. My next question would be has anyone won 3 titles in succession since this series inception?? I know Clarke is a 4 time champion (I believe) just not sure if he ever won 3 in a row???

If Jeff Hanley runs the whole season....he would be my pick.   But that has not happend in the past...so I'l stick with Glenn Watson.

13 voters isnt bad for day one. But I think we can do better..So if you havent voted yet don't let fear and common sence hold you back.

Can nobody answer my question if Oscaar has ever had a driver win three consecutive championships?? Guess I'll have to look it up myself!! GRRRRRRR

Im not 100% positive on this one, but I'm pretty sure Clarke won 3 in a row at some point in time. I believe i read something in the winter about his return to full-time OSCAAR this season, and how he could knock off Glen Watson and remain as the only driver to ever win 3 straight championships.

since 2002 no one has won 3 championships in a row. just check the oscaar website. Clarke won 2 in a row stu robinson jr won 2 in a row and now watson has won 2 in a row. other champions from 02 were fletcher and timersma.

Bit suprised there is only one vote for the 49 of Clarke.. Would of thought he'd garner more support from the Delaware/Flammy contingent on here..From all accounts he's running the full season. Not that I'm tellin anyone who to vote for,but considering Rob raced Flammy for many years and occasionally Delaware I just find that a bit suprising is all

Rob is not running the full season, was talking to his car owner at the CTS practice on tuesday.

Thanks for the info Racer 43!! I had heard Clarke was making a run at the title again this year.. Looks like I had some incorrect info.. Best of luck to you in racing in that stacked LM field that is Delaware bud..Hopefully I'll get down to see you race a couple times this year.
