Jimmer ... it appears Cayuga will be starting its own Junior Racing League program based on the Delware model with the vehicles needing to meet JCAR JLM spec. This isn't a JCAR traveling series event.

I imagine they've got plans to build a small oval on the grounds, as the main track is far to big... I know they've got the same idea in the middle of the front straight as Lowe's Speedway has for their smaller divisions, just not sure if that'll make for a great show or not.  With the CanAm Midgets going there this year, it also makes me think that they've got possible plans for a smaller track.
