I didn't think it would float though because of the 'resedential' areas, coupled with some NIMBY attitudes typical for this area.
Major plus if it happens but....... Upon further review, the Horse track is technically in Windsor, so fat chance on them deciding to allow something like this. The other thing is Lasalle council had thier last meeting on the 12th, would be hard pressed to believe something like this waited till now to turn up. They have the room, the track in Comber was ruined by the goverment wanting the guy who was building it to pay for the off ramp to 401, he said no bought a dragstrip in Michigan, and the goverment built the ramps any way, as usual we lose.

This has no connection to a planned track of a few years ago in Comber (east of Windsor) That municipality never did give approval.
