Tillsonburg Indoor Speedway.

As I eluded to last newsletter I had to get some clarification on the Junior/Senior class at Merrittville. Finally I have seen the video of the race in question and why a racer was docked positions in the results. See if you can pick it up. You only have to watch a few seconds to see the jumped start. In fairness to the rest of the field we will go with the Merrittville track decision of only adjusting the results by two spots.  Also I would like to point out that It was one of our Juniors that had the most consistant results that night and won the main fair and square(including the seniors) with less horsepower and started at the back with all the Juniors..Kudos to #20 DJ McRae. When he is old enough the Seniors will need to deal with the young speedster.

Back to our track. (What I can remember after a week of bike races.) This week I had to train the starter assistant who did not know it was his job to adjust the restart order based on who was involved in or caused a caution. A couple of questionalble restarts ensued but ultimately the fast drivers managed to get to the front anyway.
Since we have a race again tomarrow night I will just point out a few of the highlights that I recall and give you the individual race results.

#95 Jayven March found out you can't drive UP the wall.
#77 Alex Hill showed she is a tough cookie and finished her race even though a crash shook her up quite a bit.
#2 Five year old Dylan Watson showed us he means business by finishing all three races.
#20 DJ McRae can go through the 9 kart field even with a seeded Senior Kart.
#81 Courtney Marche passed the ritual of crashing her(cousins) kart after a couple of nights at our track. (She needs her own soon Dad)
#79 Bea Courtnage is one fast female. When she smoothes out her style the boys are not going to keep up.
#10 Blake Westman has gotta be the most improved racer over the last 3 weeks
#34 Dylan Doerr is going to get top 3 in the Juniors soon.
#57 Chris Waters keeps getting near the front.
#5 Conor Mahoney has no fear of losing his driving position to his Dad.
#75 Dylan Chesterman leads the series but misses the top three this week.
#40 Cody Coburn has a new QRC kart to adjust to.
The Senior class saw 3 different winners this week
#34 Scott Chesterman showed that if you scoop other peoples gas often enough some day your kart won't run.
#84 JR Fitzpatrick is proving it's not too easy to get an expert motor on your kart up and running.
#63 Lawrence Chesterman is proving the same thing.
