Boy did opening day get here fast.
I am not sure if the teams had has much of a rush to get ready but we did a lot of last minute things around here. On top of that , I got sick and was away for two days.
In short we got all the angry people wanting their Lawn Mowers and ATVs back looked after but the snow blower and snowmobile services had to be put on the back burner to try to get the track ready.
The track is in and built but the moisture has not gone down fast enough and Saturday the track will be rough. Good enough to test run your kart but forget about doing 100’s of laps. We will see what the morning brings for sure. Saturday is also sign up day and needs to be done as well. If both parents are not attending, make sure you print off the form at this link. And get the absent parent to pre sign please .
We also got the last two engines done for team Meyer and Smith and the kart for team Giles who will be spending some of the day putting things back together
For now, that’s all. See you Saturday
