Very little, because of two major reasons. Cost, and most of Dodges stuff is torsion bar front end. That stuff can be a pain. Even at jobber price, aftermarket parts "stock modified parts", can usually be more costly.

Not an expert, just tried it, refused to listen to conventional thinking, broke all the parts trying

GM made so many cars that have interchangeable parts that they are easy to find, and if you want to build  car, you can find one somewhere.

I would say 95% of the parts designedf or the extreme rigors of racing fit a GM. Again it's just a matter of sheer numbers. But it would still be cool to see a Ford or two out there .

There's a few other makes out there, the costs to run them can be higher - no question. There's also the issue of engine weight, the Ford's and Mopars are approximately 40 to 45 lbs heavier - all at the top end (taller deck heights push it upwards) and that affects handling (roll center) and that's never a good thing if running short tracks. At the bigger tracks it can be compensated for, but only to a point.

Still, there are a few out there that run. We run two Fords at Peterborough Speedway with Windsor power. I know there's a one or two Mopars that run at Barrie I think....

You need to take a trip to the nearest bone yard there are tons of fords and dodges.
Also try keeping in mind the model years that are used GM sold nearly 50 percent of all cars sold.
More sold should mean more in the scrap yard.
I love these conversations because all you have to do is look at the numbers.
Some great crews and drivers have tried making a ford and a couple Dodges work with little or no success.
I am thinking the fast way around Delaware is in a Gm product but hey what the heck do I and the last however many track champions know.
Yeah bornagain you must be right seeing how many wins Ford and Dodge have My Bad
