OOOPS  :-X My Bad. The way the commentators were talking it sounded like they were saying he was 16 now. Still, maybe I'm old school but how can you have possibly have paid your dues when your 16, or 18. Don't get me wrong, the thing I like about ARCA is that it is like NASCAR circa 1970. Big tracks, short tracks, dirt tracks and drivers that had proven themselves in the minor leagues. Just venting after what looked like a race of amateurs I guess  :-\

Sorry! Didn't mean to insult all the amateur racers on here  :-\ Just talking in the ARCA / NASCAR context.

From ARCAracing.com
The race was also red flagged for 19 minutes during the final caution, which involved Patrick Sheltra, Larry Hollenbeck and Frank Kimmel. Both Sheltra and Hollenbeck were transported, conscious and alert, to a local hospital for further evaluation while Kimmel finished the race in 11th, the last car on the lead lap.

Didn't he do that back in Phoenix in the truck race and still got caught up in a turds wreck?

I hear what you are saying. I'm not trying to belittle anyone. I am just putting forth an opinion right or wrong. I know some 16 or 18 year olds can handle the pressure on a case by case basis but it seems that in the last few years everyone is looking for the next Jeff Gordon or Kyle Bush and putting kids into rides as the rule rather than the exception. Just my feeling, maybe I'm jealous  :D
