GP3R: IT’S FEATURE TIME
MARC-ANDRÉ CLICHE CAPTURES THE POLE POSITION

Trois-Rivières, QC – Vallee Jonction’s Marc-André Ciche was fastest in the third and last round of qualifying for the Canadian Stock Car Champion event at the Grand Prix de Trois-Riviere. The 2017 Champion Jonathan Bouvrette registered the 2nd fastest lap. 17-year old Raphaël Lessard of St-Joseph de Beauce scored the third time. Quebec’s Jean-François Déry who had dominated both of the practice sessions scored the 4th fastest time and St-Edouard de Lotbiniere’s Dany Trepanier rounded out the group of five.
The 18-car field will take the green flag in the Hotel Le Concorde 41 presented by Festidrag.tv at 4:15pm today. A mandatory caution for fuel will take place on lap 15, after, the drivers will go the rest of the distance to complete the 41 laps or 100 km race.
