uhhhh...not to age him or nuthin', but i think Stompin' Tom's racing career goes back beyond 30 years. I have some Wheelspin News from '70, '71 etc. and he was running Wasaga Beach in the 6 cyl class. Much closer to 40 years.   ;)

Congrats on 25 championships Stompin" Tom!!
I bet walters and parsons have a lot to talk about when they sit around playing checkers all day.

I bet tom still beats him at checkers too

ps. Tower i guess i will see you at the track tomorrow, seeing as how you are a sunset official and all. Great reflection on sunset having you post on here that cris has already won the championship. The good thing is after tomorrow you and clay can finally take that trip you have always wanted now that everyone knows his and your little secret.
Make sure you dont forget to drop by and pick up your free championship t shirt too,you can have one of the specially embrodered ones. FREE only to hackit bring ID

anyone who thinks sunset is handing a championship to chris is sniffing glue. it's disrespectful to chris to even say that. both are great competitors and hard core racers and neither would stand for such stupidity. not to take anything away from tom (which you couldn't) but if you were to figure out how many years and championships tommy has won and if chris races until he is as old as tom and the amount of championships chris has won, i would bet chris would have more than 25 in the end. good luck to both tonight!

We should all be thankful to Chris that he never gave up on the chase for the championship when it looked like Walters had it locked up.  But over the last few weeks and a twist of fate the tables have turned.

Congats to both drivers and may the best man win!!!

I think it's gonna be one heck of a show tonight.  Hope it's not raining up there tho, it is in Waterdown boo hooo................

Hopefully it stays down in the city cuz that's where it was raining this morning ???

But still the question remains - just by some chance we get rained out, will we run Sunday???
