The Ultimate Pro-Stock Series back to life this weekend!
Cornwall, Ontario – Monday, June 1, 2015, Martin Bélanger, Ultimate Pro-Stock Series Coordinator – The Ultimate Pro-Stock Series will back in action this coming weekend with stop on Quebec soil at Autodrome Granby on Friday, June 5th and the following night at RPM Speedway.
On each occasion, two feature events will be run with 25-lap distance for each race. This new format has already brought a new face in the winner circle as Rosco Garreau had won the initial race at Cornwall on May 3rd, while veteran runner, Jocelyn Roy had won the second one.
Roy will head to Granby with a very slim 2-point lead over Ghislain Valade and four over former Mohawk Series champion Stephane Lemire. George Renaud and Dave Bissonnette completes the top 5. Bissonnette just one the event on Friday at Granby.
A field of cars similar to Cornwall had with nearly 25 competitors is expected for the weekend, the Valade, Renaud, Bissonnette, Stéphane Lebrun, Roch Aubin, CD Beauchamp, Claude Parisien, will come and race against the Roy, Lemire, François Adam, Alain Brochu and company.
With four distinct feature, the top 5 could look very different after Saturday evening. A great weekend not to be missed with races at Autodrome Granby and RPM Speedway with the best Pro-Stock drivers that Eastern Ontario and Quebec has to offer!
