 Merritville and Humberstones 3 race mini series pay an added $500 to win the series .  Merrittvilles Mini Stocks vs Trucks Clash for a $1000 to win looks like the highest paying race of the year.

 There you go . It seems Flamboro has joined Varney and the dirt tracks in banning 16 V and DOHC cars .

Dont plan on going to varney or flamboro Joe,  peterborough and kawartha are about your only options.    Maybe capital city speedway if they got any invites but i duno what their rule is

Where did you see about Kawartha running 50 lappers on July 12 and 17?  their website only says July 3 Sept 4.

The only invitional at CCS so far is Aug 8, 40 lapper.  16 v/ dohc allowed at all races.

June 13 and and Sept 12 are also big shows at the track, and I imagine they will be invitationals but nothing on the site yet.  Probably 30 lappers.

Flamboro hasn't joined Varney because it has never allowed 16v except for the one invitational they have a year....but now that Glen Hils has moved to the Elliott race team it will be up to Donny Cox so it could change.
I believe it was earlier posted that Sauble may add minis invitational to their July 1st show.

 16v cars have run at Flamboro several times over the last few years such as Mike Zinke . Not only did 16v cars run at the Canada Day race last year i was told a few 16v cars showed up at Frost Fest but were DQed as an after thought by the track . Until i hear different Flamboro is not allowing 16v/DOHC cars at any of their races in 2009 .

"Today is an invitational and Frostfest isnt so there is nothing I can do"...as heard from the mouth of John Casale when explaining to complaining drivers, why a 16v was being allowed to race Canada Day. I wouldn't be surprised if these drivers reminded John about what he said later during Frostfest. As I said before, this could  change now that Glen Hils has left since he was the person trying to keep the class cheap and "stock", but yes looking at the Flamboro 2009 Schedule the only class with an invitational are the thundercars on Canada Day July 1 at this point.

it looks like you only have varney on there twice, from what i have seen on their web site there is an invitational every long weekend this summer

Not an invitional but Grand Bend Speedway is having a Sunday race this weekend. It is from a rain out. Four cyl's are included.
Call the track if interested. I know others have shown up on such occasions.
