RYAN HUNTER-REAY SNAGS SECOND WIN OF 2018
DHL driver collects 18th career win, second win of 2018 at Sonoma Raceway

The yellow and red DHL machine took the checkered flags in Northern California today after Ryan Hunter-Reay raced to his second win of the 2018 Verizon IndyCar Series season.

The Florida-native saw the green flag wave from the pole position before driving the No. 28 car to victory lane after 85 laps.

Today's race is Hunter-Reay's 15th win with Andretti Autosport, and a career 18th victory for the veteran driver. He extends his distinction of being the winningest active American driver in the Verizon IndyCar Series.

His previous Verizon IndyCar Series victories include: Detroit Race 2 ('18/Andretti Autosport), Pocono (‘15/Andretti Autosport), Iowa (‘15/Andretti Autosport, ‘14/Andretti Autosport, ‘12/Andretti Autosport), Indianapolis 500 (‘14/Andretti Autosport), Barber Motorsports Park (‘14/Andretti Autosport, ‘13/Andretti Autosport), Milwaukee (‘13/Andretti Autosport, ‘12/Andretti Autosport), Baltimore (‘12/Andretti Autosport), Toronto (‘12/Andretti Autosport), New Hampshire (‘11/Andretti Autosport), Long Beach (‘10/Andretti Autosport) and Watkins Glen (‘08/Rahal Letterman Racing). He also has victories in the CART/Champ Car Series at Milwaukee (‘04) and Surfer's Paradise (‘03).  Hunter-Reay is the only American driver to score victories in the IndyCar Series, CART, Champ Car, Grand-Am and the American Le Mans series.

This is the 62nd Verizon IndyCar Series victory for Andretti Autosport. Since 2003, Andretti Autosport has scored four series titles ('04/Kanaan, '05/Wheldon, '07/Franchitti and '12/Hunter-Reay) and five Indianapolis 500 wins ('05/Wheldon, '07/Franchitti, ‘14/Hunter-Reay, ‘16/Rossi, and '17/Sato).

Andretti Autosport has four full-time entries in the Verizon IndyCar Series, with Hunter-Reay, Marco Andretti (No. 98 U.S. Concrete / Curb Honda), Alexander Rossi (No. 27 NAPA AUTO PARTS Honda) and Zach Veach (No. 26 Group 1001 Honda)
