Thayne wrecked hard apparently on lap 1 of a heat race. Hes OK though anyways just sore. Chris Burrage won the B feature in Thunders. No idea on anything else but there is a bit of a blurb on Inside Track forum Steeve.

Oh ya OSCAAR feature was Hanley 1st, Brandon Watson 2nd.

Glenn Watson apparently either wrecked or had mechanical issues..Only 15 Supers showed though, and apparently 25 ish LLM and 28 ish Pro LM

brutal having to wait so long between each race...things sure run slow...
they started late and ended around 1 am...
watson was on hanleys butt most of the feature challenging him...first time really watching him and he puts on a show....
some good wrecks...sikes 37 mini hit inside wall hard...few other mini wrecks...
34 latemodel from sauble had walters on the outside for a few laps and crowded him into the wall...like walters does to everyone else...lol...then walters took his anger out on someone else..lolol.

Brandon Watson won the Late Model 109 lap feature, followed by the 31 Mcwhirter, and Kirk Hooker.

The mini stocks are drawing to an end as Butler leads the way.

Thunders are next, with the LLM still to come.

Thayne was actually wrecked in the B-feature and it was bad the car got tore up Thayne did get out was a little shaken fro the crash but luckily was just sore from the hit. Long cold night I think I crawled into the hotel at 2am and was back up at 7:30 (never bring your dogs on a race weekend) I decided to skip the A and took the money I really didn't want to risk wrecking the car it felt good loading it in the trailer with a win. All and all a good weekend 43 Thunders 50 Mini stocks not to sure on the number is the other classes.

As someone that had watched Brandon Watson since his first appearance in a mini stock 4 years ago, I assure you the kid has the potential to be the best racer this country has ever produced in time..Just look at these last couple months alone;; 3rd at ACT Invitational in New Hampshire, 2nd at APC 300, 2nd in OSCAAR 50 lapper at AC and now winning the Pro LM 109 lapper. Throw in 2 LLM feature wins at Barrie in a very deep veteran laiden field and a few feature wins as part of the regular Fri night program at Kawartha. Not bad for a 16 year old eh??LOL

Brandon just won the 75 lap LLM feature. Jason Witty, Tony Tiemersma, Gord Shepherd and Tom Walters rounded out the top 5.

Thunders are ready to take the track.

worst show yet at ac! time just wasting away with NOTHING happening, very unorganized. flagman wandering all over the place for some reason, if a car touched the grass he'd throw the yellow. when the hell are they going to realize the lm's aren't the show, they sucked 1.5hrs to get 14 laps ??? ??? i left the speedway at lap 25 almost 2hrs(6th or 7th caution) it was freezing cold in my snowmobile get up even and they didn't even count the caution laps. missed all the best racing because they leave the best till last. crap, crap, crap!!!!  $55 weekend pass, $25 camping,  racing at ac this year..........useless!

Chris made the right decision to load his car last nite, the thunders just had a huge wreck while taking the green. I would say 18 cars are involved. :(

Funny thing is for as good as he's become the kid is equally as humble..

Suprised it was as unorganized at you say though Prince, it is after all their feature event of the season. You'd think they would have the show running smoother..?? But I havent been to Peterborough since it was Westgate Speedway in the mid 70's so would have no idea if thats normally the case or not or just the extra cars causing all the disorganization.

Thanks for all the updates DANKA!!! Did Butler end up winning mini's??
