RUMOUR>>>>Andrew Ranger may be in Harvick's Busch ride in Montreal.
Dual duty, NCATS and Busch?
That would make for a busy weekend!
That will be an eye opener for him, first the jump to NCATs at ~500 hp, then to strap into a Busch car with 675 - 700 hp. That might be a little more than he can handle.
At Mosport he was able to get in a whole week of practise which paid off greatly, I wonder if we are going to see him burning up a road course somewhere for a few days.
Assuming this rumour has merit of course.
Good source?

Hey Greasemonkey;
Ranger had as much practice as Mosport in his NCATS car as anyone else there. And let's not forget where he came from - the cars he used to drive had more horsepower.
-
True, I'll give him that.
These cars are a lot heavier, and he has made the transition well, I'll give him that too.
It should be interesting then if this does happen.
I can't see any sponsor conflicts between Walmart and Shell/Penzoil, wasn't that the reason Paul Tracey didn't get the ride?

Greasemonkey - I heard Ranger say at Cayuga that the NCTS cars
are kind of similar to DIRT Modifieds, which he drove for a while too.
I've always been very impressed with his abilities in a car.

Its no shock that Ranger will be in the car. PT was the original choice for that car but Forsythe wont let him race there. He'll be teamed up with Fellows so that should be an amazing team.
